Young carers survey
Wiltshire Council is undertaking a review of the support and services provided to young carers in Wiltshire, in order to identify a set of recommendations and actions for improvement.
We are asking staff from a range of organisations to tell us about the work that they do with young carers. If you work in a front-line service, then you can help by participating in this survey. It should take approximately ten minutes to complete. All responses will be on an anonymous basis.
